Who we are
Who we are
SPES Space
Health, Psychotherapy, Education and Clinical Sexology
At SPES, we believe that psychological and relational well-being stems from a careful and integrated approach to each individual. We are a multidisciplinary team, trained in Psychology, Family and Couple Therapy, Clinical Sexology, Social Work, and Medicine, working in an articulated and human-centered manner. We value the uniqueness of each story and view emotional, relational, and physical challenges as interconnected parts of a system.
We offer specialized support for adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children, promoting balance between body, mind, and relationships. Our approach is systemic, based on deep listening, technical rigor, and the therapeutic relationship as a space for the joint construction of meaning and possibility.
Each person who seeks us out is received with respect, care, and dedication. We believe that hope is born from encounters with others—and it is this hope that we wish to cultivate, one gesture at a time.
At SPES, we believe that truly caring for someone involves listening to them completely—to their emotions, their relationships, their body, and their context. It was with this vision that our team was born: a group of professionals from complementary fields, united by a common commitment to promoting mental, relational, and sexual health in an integrated, rigorous, and humane way.
We are a team specializing in Systemic Psychotherapy, Family and Couple Therapy, and Clinical Sexology, joined by professionals from the fields of Psychology, Medicine, and Social Work. We work in an articulated and multidisciplinary way, guided by a systemic approach that recognizes the person as part of a broader system of relationships, contexts, and histories.
Psychotherapy and Clinical Sexology are at the heart of our work—as therapeutic spaces where it is possible to reflect on suffering, make sense of difficulties, and build paths to change and well-being. We value attentive listening, based on respect, ethics, and scientific knowledge, that sensitively welcomes each individual, relational, or sexual story.

Our team
We share a love for teamwork and the complexities of human relationships.
We believe that care gains strength through encounters: between professionals, between different areas of knowledge, and above all, between people.
At SPES, each professional brings their own experience, but it is through dialogue and collaboration that we find the best answers for those who seek our help. Because well-being is born from deep listening—and hope is built in relationship.
