Health, Psychotherapy, Education and Clinical Sexology
Welcome to the SPES Space
SPES is more than a name — it's a commitment. Inspired by the Latin word for hope, SPES represents the confidence in the potential for transformation and growth that each person carries within themselves.
Our symbol, a dandelion, embodies this same idea: a delicate yet resilient flower that scatters seeds to the wind, representing possibilities for change, for new beginnings, for healing.
We believe that hope is born from encounters with others—and it is this hope that we want to cultivate, one gesture at a time.
We offer specialized support to adults, couples, families, teenagers, and children, promoting balance between body, mind, and relationships.
Our approach is systemic, based on deep listening, technical rigor, and the therapeutic relationship as a space for the joint construction of meaning and possibility.

Consultations
In our space, we believe that each person, couple, or family brings with them a unique story, with their own challenges and resources.
Therefore, we offer different types of support — individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and clinical sexology — which can be adjusted and coordinated throughout the therapeutic process, always according to the identified needs and jointly defined objectives.
Clinical Sexology and Sexual Therapy
Because sexual pleasure cannot take a backseat.
Sexuality is just as important as other areas of well-being, and deserves to be cared for in an equally comprehensive way.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a space for listening, reflection, and personal transformation.
It is aimed at teenagers and adults who are facing moments of emotional distress, doubt, life changes, or persistent difficulties in their relationships, self-esteem, or how they position themselves in the world.
Couple's Therapy
Couple's therapy is a clinical space dedicated to understanding and caring for the marital relationship. It can be sought during times of crisis, strain, conflict, emotional distance, communication difficulties, experiences of infidelity, family transitions, or changes in intimacy and sex life.
